Qualification & Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Manager Vacancy: 

• Qualification Criteria for Assistant Manager Vacancy Candidates must be Graduate and Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Candidates having a degree in Law will be preferred.
• Three years post qualification Experience in handling the overall statutory compliances and diversified secretarial work of the company viz. Company's Act 1956/2013, SEBI (LODR) provisions, etc. (Internship/training shall not be counted for experience).
