IHCL's food delivery platform Qmin comes to Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Qmin, Indian Hotels Company Limited's (IHCL) gourmet food delivery platform, makes its grand debut in Guwahati on Friday.

Speaking on the announcement of this new offering, Ashwani Anand, general manager, Vivanta Guwahati said, "Guwahati is a gourmets delight. We are pleased to launch Qmin in Guwahati, the first of its kind, where we bring our culinary finesse right to your homes. Besides various cuisines, we assure our guests of a differentiated delivery experience with an enhanced focus on stringent protocols of safety and hygiene. Vivanta Guwahati has been known for its legendary hospitality ever since it's opening in 2015. It is our privilege to bring that experience in the comfort of your homes."

The digital menu includes signature vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes such as the delicately flavoured and melt in the mouth Kebabs, Murg Tikka and an array of vegetarian options such as Paneer Tikka Lal mirch. For those who would like to have it all, there is also an option of Assorted Kebab Platter. Other authentic dishes from the region include the famous Mashor Anja and many more. Asian dishes from the favourite Umami include Sushi, Shredded Lamb Soya selection of rice and noodle preparations.

Qmin's stringent protocols of safety and hygiene include contact-less delivery and the mandatory use of protective gear for delivery executives in thoroughly sanitized vehicles. The packaging is eco-friendly utilizing bio-degradable materials, and with customized insulation boxes to preserve the food whilst being delivered, stated a press release.
