Pakistan Minister Fawad Chaudhry tweets Dhoni deserved the ‘disgraceful exit’

New Delhi: The Dhoni retirement controversy seems to be never-ending now as different opinions, remarks and requests made to the former Indian skipper have unveiled different angles. With the Dhoni fans requesting him not to leave cricket, some haters of the cricketer too have lately made news by speaking odds about the cool cricketer. The new name in the list is Minister for Science and Technology in the Pakistan government Fawad Chaudhry who has stated that Dhoni deserves a 'disgraceful exit'.

The Pakistani minister first tweets, "Pakistanion ki Nayi Mohabbat NewZeeland" and then takes to retweet another comment by a Twitter user with a negative attack on team India and its pillar MS Dhoni. The Tweet reads thus, "Dhoni you deserved such disgraceful exit for polluting the gentleman's game with fixing and bias!" Such negative and racist attack on team India by someone from the Pakistan government is in itself distasteful.

The minister from the Imran Khan government, with this comment on MS Dhoni, has, however, geared up a row over the issue. Some social media users are seen to have trolled the Pakistani minister for such disgraceful comment on the Indian cricketer, while some others have taken to criticize him for his poor spelling sense. Notably, Fawad Chaudhry has spelled the name of the country New Zealand wrongly. Instead of writing the correct spelling, the minister was seen writing ‘NewZeeland’.

In contrary to the disregarding remark made by the Pakistan minister, former Pakistani speedster Shoaib Akhtar has said good words about the former Indian skipper. Akhtar terms Dhoni as an "absolute legend" even though Indian had to taste defeat to New Zealand in the semifinals.

Akhtar further said in his YouTube channel that, "Dhoni is an absolute legend. He is a great ambassador for the game. Till the time he was there, it looked like he would win the game for India. However, he was unfortunate and couldn't take India to the finals."

Notably, India lost the match to New Zealand by 18 runs which made them crash out of the competition.
