No one is sitting here to do philanthropy,” she said. However, at the same time she feels there is a need of having good creativity, certain type of class and logic in the content of television shows. Girija said: “There lies a big responsibility on makers as a whole to feed the audience with some small doses of interesting content so that their taste develops. Like film industry, there should also be television appreciation workshops.” “I don’t know people who wear such saris at home like Hindi shows portray... It is an amplified reality.
