Bihar Assembly winter session

Patna: The five day winter session of the Bihar Assembly began here on Monday where the second supplementary budget of 2018-19 was expected to be presented. At the outset, Speaker Vijay Kumar Chaudhary urged members to cooperate and allow the house to run smoothly. The house was adjourned shortly after it met over obituary references to former legislators and BJP MP Bhola Singh. Bihar Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shravan Kumar said apart from the second supplementary budget of 2018-19, some important bills would also be presented during the session. (IANS)
