Delimitation panel set up for Assam, Manipur, Arunachal, Jammu & Kashmir

NEW DELHI: The Central Government on Friday constituted the delimitation commission for the delimitation of Assembly and Parliamentary constituencies in Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Nagaland, and Jammu & Kashmir. In a notification, the Ministry of Law and Justice said that Justice (retired) Ranjana Prakash Desai has been appointed as the chairperson of the commission for a period of one year.
