Results of Class 10 (ICSE) & Class 12 (ISC) Exams Declared Today

Guwahati: The results of Class 10 (ICSE) and Class 12 (ISC) examinations conducted by the Indian School Certificate Examinations or CISCE has been declared today.

The results are available on the official website of the school education board cisce.org and candidates will also be able to get their results through an SMS service provided by the board.

Juhi Rupesh Kajaria of Mumbai and Manhar Bansal of Punjab topped the Class X exam with 99.60 percent while Dewang Kumar Agarwal of Kolkata and Vibha Swaminathan of Bengaluru topped the Class XII ISC examination with 100 percent marks. Dewang and Vibha are the first to score 100 percent marks in ISC in the history of the school board examination.

The pass percentage in the Class X ICSE exam is 98.54% while 96.52% students cleared the Class XII exam. Moreover, girls have again performed better than the boys in the results.

To get the results through SMS, candidates will have to type ISC followed by their seven-digit unique ID code and send the message to 09248082883.

For Class 12 ISC exam, type Unique ID in format ISC 123456 (Unique ID in place of 1234567) and send it to 09248082883

To clear the ISC class 12th exam, students need to have a minimum of 40 percent marks in each subject as well as aggregate.

In Class 12 ISC exam, scheduled cast candidates took the examination achieving the pass percentage of 96.19%. The students with special difficulty cases have also scored better in the examination. Out of 196 candidates, 25 gained above 90% marks while visually challenged candidates achieved 80 and four candidates got above 90% marks.

In Abroad, ICSE records 100% marks. The ICSE examination has been conducted in 60 region subjects out of which 22 are Indian languages and 10 are foreign languages with two classical languages. The western region records the highest percentage in ICSE in India with 99.76% followed by a southern region with 99.73%, eastern 98.06% and northern region records 97.87%. In Abroad, ICSE has achieved 100 percent.
