TV Actress Shweta Tiwari Of Kasautii Zindagi Kay Fame Hospitalised

Mumbai: Shweta Tiwari, who is popular for playing the role of 'Prerna' in the hit TV show of the 2000s, Kasautii Zindagi Kay, has been hospitalized after she complained of weakness.

The TV actress was diagnosed with low blood pressure and was admitted to a hospital in Mumbai.

A statement released by the actress' PR team stated, "This is to inform everyone that Shweta Tiwari was hospitalised due to weakness and slight low pressure. The actor had not managed enough rest with immense travel and adding to it the weather change."

Fans of Shweta Tiwari are relieved to be informed by the team that the actress will be discharged soon.

Tiwari had recently travelled to Cape Town to shoot for the 11th season of Khatron Ke Khiladi in July. She started shooting for a short film in Delhi as soon as she came back to India, leading to her poor health.

Abhinav Kohli, who is Tiwari's estranged husband, shared a cryptic post after learning about the actress's ill health and light-heartedly mocked the actress's recent eating habits. The post read, "Mere aur mere ladke ki aapas man milne aur saath ranhe ki haq ki ladai apni jagah hai aur Court main chal rahi hai, par Bhagwan kare Sweta jaldi se tandarust ho jaye. Actr bechaare aapn sabe samne sabse sundar ban ne ke chakkar main, aur aap sabka aur zyaada pyaar paane ke liye, zarrorat se zyaada body banate rehte hai, kam se kam khana khate rehte hain, aur phir ek din unka dil thak jaata hai."
