Woman Sexually Abused By Father-In-Law, Forced To Drink Chicken Blood On Godman's Advice

Mumbai: In a horrific incident in Maharashtra, a 33-year-old woman had filed a complaint against her husband and her father-in-law for allegedly sexually abusing her and forcing her t drink chicken's blood on the advice of a self-proclaimed Godman.

The husband and father-in-law of the woman have now been arrested by the police.

As per the complaint filed by the woman, her in-laws had hidden the fact that her husband was impotent.

Also, the father-in-law had made several advances towards her in an effort to impregnate her as her husband was impotent.

She alleged that she was subjected to physical abuse after she told her relatives about her husband's impotence.

Inspector Jitendra Kadam of Bhosari police station informed, "He is a diploma engineer and she has a bachelor's degree. They have been living separately for the past four months after being married since December 30, 2018. We will investigate all claims made in the complaint. We have arrested the two."

In her complaint, the woman also mentioned that she had been mentally and physically abused by her in-laws ever since she joined the household in 2018.

The husband and the father-in-law are now under police custody and have been booked under Section 3 of Maharashtra Prevention and Eradication of Human Sacrifice and other Inhuman, Evil and Aghori Practices and Black Magic Act, 2013 at Bhosari police station.
