7 illegal liquor dens destroyed in Nagaon's Jajori Area

Nagaon: As many as 7 illegal liquor dens have been busted by Jajori police in Bhalukmari and Bagariguri village of Nagaon during an operation on Sunday night.

As per a report, the Police team led by Prabin Ch. Bharali, Officer in Charge of Jajori Police Station also destroyed over 500 litres of Country made liquor.

The police however unable to nab anyone as the persons involved in making liquor managed to escape before police reached the spots.

It may be mentioned that these illegal liquor dens had been running illegally for the last couple of months in the Jajori area.
