Additional list to complete draft NRC to be published today

TINSUKIA: The District Magistrate and District Registrar of Citizen Registration, Tinsukia by an order on Tuesday stated that the village/ward wise Additional (Exclusion) list to complete draft NRC will be published by the respective Local Registrar of Citizen Registration (LRCR) at 10 am on June 26.

The additional list to Complete Draft NRC will be published a list of exclusions with names of such persons included in Complete Draft NRC published on July 30 but who were found to be ineligible in course of verification. The Additional List to Complete Draft NRC will be available for inspection by the public at the office of Deputy Commissioner, office of SDOs (Civil), office of the local Circle Officers and all designated NSKs up to July 11, 2019.

The order further stated that the applicants whose names figure in the additional list will also be informed through a letter of information (LOI) to be delivered to them at their respective addresses. The claimant may submit any additional document in support of his/her claim subjected to conditions. Claims can be only submitted at the venues specified in the LOI and on the date and time specified in the LOI. The final NRC will contain particulars of only those persons born up to the date of submission of the application form (up to August 31, 2015).
