All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union (AAPSU) Rally demands water treaty with China

Itanagar: All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union along with its federal units – All East Siang District Students’ Union, All Siang District Students’ Union and All Upper Siang District Students’ Union - staged a rally from DC office demanding a ‘Water Treaty’ with China. The demand has been made in view of the unusual behaviour of river Siang in the matter of its colour texture and flow since the last one-and-a-half years which still remains a mystery.
