Itanagar: Raising serious concerns over construction quality, the All Arunachal Pradesh Youth Organization (AAPYO) has accused the executing agency of using substandard materials in the ongoing construction of the flyover along the Itanagar-Banderdewa section of NH-415.

The organisation has demanded the immediate demolition of 18 under-construction piers between Papu Nallah and Model Village, alleging gross violation of National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) specifications.
