ITANAGAR: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has lauded India’s rise to the position of the world’s fourth-largest economy, surpassing Japan, calling it a proud and historic moment for the entire nation.

In a statement shared on social media, Khandu said the achievement reflects the strength, resilience, and determination of the Indian people.

“This incredible milestone reflects the strength of our people, the resilience of our industries, and the visionary leadership steering our nation forward,” he noted. Khandu also expressed deep appreciation for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, crediting the government’s focus on reforms, innovation, and inclusive growth for India’s economic rise on the global stage.
