SEIJOSA: In the town of Seijosa, nestled on the Assam-Arunachal border, the ninth edition of Pakke Paga Hornbill Festival unfolded in a grand spectacle of cultural diversity and environmental awareness. The festivities, held with great pomp and ceremony on Thursday, brought together communities from various ethnic backgrounds, including Gorkha, Boro, and Nyishi dancers, creating a tapestry of unity and celebration.
