Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) demanded an apology

ITANAGAR: Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) in a press statement demanded a public apology and the resignation from Minister of State for Minority Affairs and Arunachal West MP Kiren Rijiju and Arunachal East MP Tapir Gao for “betraying and cheating the people and the State” by voting in favor of Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB). They have failed to uphold the public mandate and to protect the interests of the State, the APCC stated.
