Awareness Event On POSCO Act Organized By SFS College Aalo

Itanagar: An awareness programme on POSCO Act was organized by the Department of Sociology, Women Forum and NSS Unit of SFS College Aalo in West Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh in collaboration with department of Women and Child Development of the district.

The program was attended by the students of SFS School, Government Secondary School Pakam, VKV Jirdin and the college students.

The Resources persons of the program were advocate Marphy Ete and Dr Kirjum Ete who, dwelt on various legal aspects and provision under the Act. CDPO Bahi Koyu stressed on health and hygiene and POSCO initiatives.

The programme was initiated by Kenli Ete, Programme Officer of NSS unit of the college, a press release informed here on Monday.
