11 fresh COVID-19 cases reported in Hailakandi; tally rises to 3,535

HAILAKANDI: Hailakandi reported 11 fresh COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, pushing the coronavirus tally in the district to 3,535. With these new cases, the district has altogether 113 active COVID-19 cases while 3,398 patients have been discharged. 24 patients are presently undergoing treatment at SK Roy Civil Hospital, two at Silchar Medical College and Hospital, 83 kept under home isolation, three in other districts and one absconding.

Altogether 1,80,549 samples for COVID-19 have been tested so far, including 112 samples taken in the last 24 hours. Results of 340 samples are awaited from SMC&H. The district has accounted for 10 COVID deaths.
