24th SSB battalion at Rangia Hahara ready to fight COVID-19

RANGIA: The 24th SSB battalion stationed at Rangia Hahara of the locality has taken necessary preventive practices to fight the deadly COVID-19.

The battalion authority has ensured strict maintenance of personal hygiene of all the jawans, their families, besides the visitors, stressing on wearing of mask and social distancing. Each and every visitor is being allowed to enter only after proper sanitization at the entrance. The authority of the SSB camp has also been carrying out awareness campaigns through PA system for the jawans, their families and also local people adjacent to the camp at Hahara. According to deputy commandant Pankaj Sarma, one isolation room is ready for the jawans if necessary.
