27th Foundation Day of Sankardev Shishu-Vidya Niketan observed in Biswanath

BISHWANATH CHARIALI: The 27th foundation day of Sankardev Shishu-Vidya Niketan, Biswanath Chariali, a Vidya Bharati affiliated and Shishu Shiksha Samiti Assam's leading educational institution, was held on Thursday.

Santosh Barman, vice-president and founding secretary of the Niketan Management Committee, hoisted the foundation day flag on the occasion. This was followed by a meeting presided over by Rajat Sharma, secretary, Niketan Management Committee. Hiten Prasad Goswami, Principal Acharya of Sankardev Shishu Vidyaniketan, and Rupajyoti Saikia, Acharya, also addressed the gathering. The meeting ended with the national anthem.
