3 new COVID-19 positive cases detected in Dhekiajuli subdivision

DHEKIAJULI: On Monday, three new COVID-19 positive cases were detected in Dhekiajuli subdivision.

Among the three cases, two were detected at the Dhekiajuli Primary Health Centre.

The two patients are husband and wife and they are from Monujuli, Dhekiajuli. Another positive case were detected at the Garubandha Health Centre and he is from Missamari.

The affected patients have been shifted to Tezpur Isolation Centre. The data manager, NRHM, Dhekiajuli, Moinul Hoque told this correspondent that day-night surveillance was going on in and around Dhekiajuli Revenue Circle area to tackle the situation.

On the other hand, Dr Anuradha Boruah, the SDM & O Dhekiajuli Primary Health Centre, said that their COVID fighters are working round-the-clock. On Monday, 317 RAP test had been conducted at the Dhekiajuli PHC. Continuous COVID-19 vaccination is going on at different health centres of Dhekiajuli subdivision.
