578th Abirbhav Tithi of Srimanta Sankardev observed with day-long rituals in Demow

DEMOW: The 578th Abirbhav Tithi (birth anniversary) of Mahapurush Srimanta Sankardev was observed in Demow Kendriya Naam Ghar with a day-long programme on Monday. In the programme, Naam Prasanga, reading of Kirtan Puthi, and performance of Borgeet and Diha Naam were organised. The occasion was also observed in the other Naam Ghars of the area.
