AASU leaders selected to central committee felicitated in Lakhimpur

LAKHIMPUR: The North Lakhimpur regional unit of All Assam Students' Union (AASU) accorded warm felicitation to Pulok Borah and Dhanmoni Dutta for being selected to the central committee of the organization representing Lakhimpur district.

Notably, Lakhimpur district unit AASU president Pulok Borah was selected as the organizing secretary of the central committee of the organization while general secretary DhanmoniDutta was selected as executive member in the recent Duliajan session of AASU.

In this regard, North Lakhimpur regional unit AASU organized a felicitation programme at Swahid Bhavan of North Lakhimpur town on Tuesday under the management of presidentPranjitGogoi. Attending the programme, AASU central committee finance secretary Krishna Das, Lakhimpur unit adviser SanjibKonwar, and other dignitaries delivered encouraging speeches.
