Advantage Assam 2.0 To Be Open For Public For Three Days Starting Tomorrow

GUWAHATI: The Advantage Assam 2.0 will be open to the public for three days, from February 27 to March 1, offering an opportunity to explore exhibitions featuring leading companies, startups, and innovative initiatives.

"The exhibitions at #AdvantageAssam2 are one to look out for. Displaying the best of Assam's achievements, its culture, its entrepreneurial spirit, its tech advancements, and much more, it is an amazing platform. It's open to the public from 27th Feb. Do visit!" Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma stated in "X."

Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the summit's special sessions on February 25, along with notable dignitaries like External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, and Communications & DoNER Minister Jyotiraditya M. Scindia.

Business leaders such as N. Chandrasekaran, Sajjan Jindal, Prashant Ruia, Anil Agarwal, and Anil Kumar Chalamalasetty were also present at the summit. High-level delegations from countries including Australia, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, Bhutan and Japan also participated.

The event also featured corporate magnates Mukesh Ambani (Reliance Industries) and Gautam Adani (Adani Group), as well as delegates from 60 countries. Additionally, the Assam government has signed 164 Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs) worth approximately Rs 1.89 lakh crore on the first day of the Advantage Assam 2.0 summit.
