Anant Ambani Visits Kamakhya Temple Post His Engagement

GUWAHATI: Mukesh Ambani's son, Anant Ambani arrived Guwahati on 23rd of January, Monday. In order to seek bless from Maa Kamakhya, Anant with beefed up security visited the Kamakhya temple at the top of Nilachal hill. 

As per the reports, Anant Ambani will also have a chat with Assam Chief Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma at hotel after his visit to the temple.

It is worth mentioning here that, Ambani's are associated with Kamakhya temple from long time. In 2020, Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Limited donated 19kg gold, which was used to establish the main dome.

The task of construction was done by RIL's jewellery arm. 12 artists from Mumbai arrived Guwahati and completed the work. In 2018, Mukesh Ambani visited the Kamakhya temple to seek blessings amidst tight security. The billionaire flew on a private jet for the same.

Ambani on the 19th of January, got engaged to his lover Radhika Merchant at the Ambani Residence. The entire family went then visited a temple to seek blessings from Lord Krishna. From their, the union moved towards the ceremony venue which started with a Ganesh Puja and later reading of traditional lagan patrika.

Mukesh Ambani's wife, Nita Ambani surprised everyone with her special performance and added more light and enthusiasm among everyone present in the celebration.

The duo with blessings from their parents had a traditional Roka ceremony at the Shrinathji Temple Rajasthan, Nathdwara. The news got confirmed after a tweet was posted by Director-Corporate Affairs, Reliance Industry Limited, Parimal Nathwani. He mentioned in his tweet that the couple got engaged in the Shrinath ji's temple and congratulated both of them in starting their new life journey.

As per sources, Anant chosed a blue traditional kurta pyajama and Radhika went for peach coloured lehenga with minimal makeup and diamond jewellery.

Radhika Merchant is the daughter of Shaila Merchant and industrialist cum business tycoon, Viren Merchant. He is also the CEO of Encore Healthcare.
