NAGAON: In another incident of bike theft, a motorcycle was stolen from Amolapatty BM Road in Nagaon town today. The theft occurred in broad daylight, leaving the owner and locals shocked.

According to sources, the bike’s owner Bipul Chandra Das had parked his vehicle outside a private nursing home on Amulapatty BM Road and gone for medical treatment. When he returned, he found that his bike was missing. The stolen bike bears the registration number AS02P3876. Following the incident, Das immediately informed the Nagaon Itachali Police Station. Police officials from Itachali Police Outpost rushed to the spot and initiated an investigation.

This incident has raised concerns among locals, who are worried about the rising crime rate in the small town. There have been several reports of bike thefts and robberies in Nagaon in recent times, leaving residents on edge. The police have assured the public that they are taking steps to prevent such incidents and urged citizens to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity.
