Assam: Bongaigaon HS School to Host Golden Jubilee Celebrations on January 23

BONGAIGAON: Bongaigaon Higher Secondary School (English medium) has successfully completed 49 years and stepped in its Golden Jubilee year. In this connection, the Golden Jubilee Year celebration’s inaugural program is scheduled on January 23, 2025 with a day long program.

In a press meet held at the school today, Abdul Mannan, Principal of the school, said that from January 23, the Golden Jubilee Year celebration will continue and culminate in November 2025.

“In the opening program, different cultural programs will be performed by artists and school students. In the open session, we have invited several dignitaries such as Phani Bhusan Choudhury, MP, Barpeta, Mukesh Ch Sahu, Principal Secretary of Woman and Child development of Assam, DC & SP Bongaigaon and many others. In our cultural program, renowned singers Tarali Sarma and Nahid Afrin will perform. We anticipate participation of all students, guardians, ex-students, and the local people in the whole-day long program,” Mannan stated.
