Assam: Decomposed body recovered from Dhansiri river in Numaligarh

BOKAKHAT: At the Jahaj ghat of the Dhansiri river in Numaligarh under Bokakhat police station, a completely decomposed body of a person was recovered on Wednesday. Upon receiving information about the body at Jahaj ghat, local police from Bokakhat, along with Bokakhat police station officials, rushed to the scene and recovered the body. The body has been sent to Golaghat for post-mortem examination. The identity of the deceased has not yet been confirmed.
