Assam: Dr. Debabrata Deka, Administrative Officer of Karimganj Civil Hospital, Dies in Tragic Fall

SILCHAR: In a tragic incident, Dr Debabrata Deka, the Administrative Officer of the Karimganj Civil Hospital, died after falling from the roof of his quarters. The incident happened on Monday night. Dr Deka was found in a pool of blood and was immediately rushed to the Silchar Medical College and Hospital. But despite the efforts of the doctors, Dr Deka succumbed to his injuries today morning. The exact reason or the circumstance of the incident was yet to be ascertained by the authorities. However, investigation would be initiated to know why Dr Deka went to the roof at the odd hour.
