SIVASAGAR: Gargaon College, under the aegis of its Institutional Innovation Cell, organized a one-day workshop on Effective Sales and Marketing Strategies for Entrepreneurs and Startups on Tuesday at the GCB, Conference Hall, Gargaon College. The workshop aimed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the ever-changing landscape of sales and marketing.
The workshop was graced by Dr Mintu Gogoi, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce, Gargaon College, and an expert academician in the field of sales and marketing. Dr Gogoi shared valuable insights on building successful sales strategies, understanding current market trends, and effectively engaging with customers. His practical approach to the subject left participants with actionable knowledge that they could implement in their entrepreneurial journeys.
The workshop, coordinated by Gautam Hazarika, Nilakhi Gogoi, and Dr Nazreen Parveen Ali under the Guidance of Dr Surajit Saikia, Coordinator, IQAC, Gargaon College, extended special thanks to Dr Sabyasachi Mahanta, Principal of Gargaon College, for his support and encouragement to make the event possible.
In addition to the students, several esteemed faculty members from the college attended the workshop, including Anil Tanti, Head of the Department of Commerce, Nomami Dutta, Assistant Professor, and Dr Meghali Bora, Associate Professor.
