Assam HS TET Recruitment 2020:

Assam's Secondary Education Department on Friday published the notification of the Assam HS TET 2020 on its official website ssa.assam.gov.in. The registration process has commenced. The online application is open from Nov 20, 2020, to Nov 30, 2020. The deadline for paying of examination fee is Dec 3, 2020.

Assam TET Age Limit:

Age for assam hs tet exam should not be less than 21 years.

Assam HS TET Eligibility Criteria:

You will be eligible if you are fulfilling following criteria...

• must be Indian and resident of Assam
• PG with 50% and B.ed from a recognized institution. Master degree awarded from off-campus and unorganized institutions would be prohibited.

Candidates are open to select their own zone by their own choice and if the number of examinees increased then similarly, the number of zones will also increase. 

Blind candidates would be provided with a separate room and would be given extra time. 

In order to qualify for the exam, one must get 60% marks on each of the papers. 5% will be relaxed for the students belonging to SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/PWD Category. 

Assam HS TET Structure & Syllabus:

The exam will be held for 200 marks with two papers, paper 1 and paper 2. The paper contains 200 MCQs which each paper carrying equal marks.

Step 1: Log in to the official website ssa.assam.gov.in

Step 2: Click on the "Apply Online" link

Step 3: Click on the Registration link and fill in Your Name, Date of Birth, & others

Step 4: Fill up the entire application form & Upload your scanned passport sized photograph & scanned signature

Step 5: Verify the details you entered

Step 6: Login and Pay the fee

Step 7: Submit & don't forget to print the form.

The application fee for the General category is Rs. 500 and

Application fee for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/PWD Category is Rs.300
