Assam Koibarta Mahila Sabha Holds Public Meeting at Nabil Village

JAMUGURIHAT: A public meeting convened by the Assam Koibarta Mahila Sabha was held at the namghar premises of Nabil village here at Towbhanga on Wednesday with Rupali Das, President of Assam Koibarta Mahila Sabha, in the chair. In the meeting, memorabilia ‘Tejaswini’, compiled in memory of Anima Das was unveiled. At the end of the meeting, Nabil branch of Assam Koibarta Mahila Sabha was constituted with Kusum Das as President and Rina Das as Secretary, besides 19 other executive members. The meeting was attended by Banti Hazarika and Jyotimani Das besides local residents. Sonali Das, Central Organizing Secretary, conducted the proceedings.
