Assam: Massive Fire Near Deithor Bridge in Karbi Anglong Causes Extensive Damage

BOKAKHAT: A devastating fire broke out near Deithor Bridge in Karbi Anglong district, close to Numaligarh, around 11:30pm last night, causing extensive damage. The fire started in a warehouse owned by a businessman named Son Joysowal. The warehouse contained raw materials used for making brooms. Brooms worth nearly over Rs 1 million were destroyed in the blaze. A motorcycle  was also severely damaged.
