Assam: Migratory duck found dead in Palengi Jiyamari

DEMOW: A migratory duck was found dead in Palengi Jiyamari Pathar today morning. It is alleged that miscreants applied pesticides to kill migratory birds.

Gautam Hira and the locals informed the forest officials who came and recovered the dead migratory duck. The locals have appealed to the government and forest department to take immediate steps against the miscreants.
