Assam Police Recruitment: Important Dates and Venues for Written Exams Announced

Guwahati: State-level police recruitment board, Assam released a notice in regards to the candidates who will appear in various posts in Assam Police

The State Police Recruitment Board, Assam decided that the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) will be the Nodal Agency to- conduct the written tests for 2391 posts of Constable (UB) & 4271 posts of Constable (AB) in Assam, 813 posts Of Constable in APRO and 788 Of Constable, 754 posts of Constable / Guardsman under DGCD & CGHG, 154 posts of Constable in AISF (SPO only) under DGCD & CGHG 306 posts Of Inspector (UB) in Assam Police 320 posts Of Sub Inspector (AB) in Assam Commando Battalions, 10 posts of Assistant Deputy controller (Jr.) Civil Defense under DGCD &CGHG, 705 posts Of Constable (VB) and 1429 posts Of Constable (AB) in Assam.

All the written Tests shall be held in the following ten centers except the posts Of Constable in NSF (for SPOS only). The written test of the Constable of AISF Bn. (for SPOs) shall be held in Guwahati only, and rest in Tinsukia, Jorhat, Diphu Silchar, Guwahati, Bongaigaon, Tezpur, Nagaon, and Halflong.

Date of examination for 2391 posts of Constable (UB) & 4271 posts of Constable (AB) in Assam, 813 posts Of Constable in APRO and 788 Of Constable,  754 posts of Constable / Guardsman under DGCD & CGHG is 20th February 2022 and the time is 11 AM to 1 PM.

On 27th February the exams for the post 154 posts of Constable in AISF Battalions (SPO only) at 11 AM to 1 PM.

306 posts Of Inspector (UB) in Assam Police, 320 posts Of Sub Inspector (AB) in Assam Commando Battalions, 10 posts of Assistant Deputy controller (Jr.) Civil Defense under DGCD &CGHG on 24th April 2022 from 10 AM to 12 Noon

705 posts Of Constable (VB) and 1429 posts Of Constable (AB) in Assam on 24th April 2022 and the time is 2 PM to 4 PM.

The date of Written Tests mentioned above are tentative and may change, and for the smooth conduct of the CWT -2022, there will be a District Level Examination Monitoring Committee which will monitor all activities of conducting the Written Tests and ensure that all instruction contained in the Instructions Booklet are followed.
