Assam: Preparatory meet held in Udalguri district for 78th Independence Day

ORANG: A general meeting was held on July 24 in the conference hall of the Deputy Commissioner’s office, Udalguri, to discuss the upcoming celebration of the 78th Independence Day of India. The meeting was presided over by Pulak Patgiri, Deputy Commissioner of Udalguri district.

The discussions centered around centrally organizing the Independence Day celebration at the parade ground of the Deputy Commissioner’s office. The DC emphasized proper planning and instructed all departments to carry out their respective responsibilities efficiently to ensure the success of the event. The concerns and suggestions raised by various departmental heads were also taken into consideration during the meeting.

Among the key officials present at the meeting were Pushkin Jain, Superintendent of Police of Udalguri, Ringkhang Mosahary, Sub-Divisional Officer of Bhergaon, additional deputy commissioners, assistant commissioners, circle officers, heads and representatives of various government departments, and the Public Relations Officer of Udalguri. Their collaborative support was acknowledged as crucial for the smooth execution of the upcoming celebration.
