Assam: Rangagora Schools Celebrate ‘Community Festival’ to Promote Cultural Harmony

Goalpara : With a view to exchange culture, encourage and enhance harmony among the students of different communities, the schools under Rangagora cluster on Wednesday celebrated ‘Community Festival’ at the Rangagora ME school premise under Balijana BEEO being supervised by cluster headquarter school headmaster Nepal Ch. Mondal.  Beginning with the hoisting of flag by Gaonburah Kishor Kr. Rabha in the morning, the daylong function witnessed a busy schedule with entertainment and competitions among the students as well as guardians.

A beautiful cultural rally representing different ethnic groups , tug of war between the SMC and mother group, attractive open session were some of the highlights of the community festival. Participating on the occasion, several DPOs including Guno Hazarika , Bhaben Bharali, Ramen Medhi, Kalpana Das, Dharmendra Bhagavati, FAO, Mokibul Hussain and Hasmot Ali, Block Accountants ,Akhil Ch. Nath former state teacher association president and many others praised  the successful completion of the programme and congratulated Sanam Ahmed,CRCC and Nepal Ch. Mondal.

Similar attractive programme including a ‘Kabi Sanmilon’ was also arranged on the same day at Bamunghopa LP school under Chutki cluster.
