JAMUGURIHAT: Assam Rifles celebrated Eid-ul-Fitr with warmth and enthusiasm at Battalion Headquarters, Lokra, fostering unity and harmony between security forces and the local community today, stated a press release. The event was attended by 15 unit personnel and 10 local residents, with a total gathering of 25 people.
The celebration began with an exchange of Eid greetings, followed by prayers and a gathering where traditional sweets and refreshments were shared. Assam Rifles personnel and locals engaged in meaningful conversations, strengthening the bond of brotherhood and mutual respect. The occasion reflected the force’s dedication to embracing diverse cultures and traditions.
