Assam: State Level Police Recruitment Board Releases Results Of Various Posts

Guwahati: The results for the recruitment of 6662 posts of Constable (AB & UB) in Assam Police in pursuance to advertisement dated 25-04-2018 and Notice/Addendum dated 19-12-2019, 813 posts of Constable in APRO and 788 posts of Constable in F & ES in pursuance to advertisement dated 18-02-2020 have been released.

Besides this, the results for the recruitment of 754 posts of Constable/Guardsman under DGCD & CGHG in pursuance of the advertisement dated 08-06-2020 are also out.

The final result for the recruitments mentioned above has been uploaded to www.slprbassam.in and candidates are requested to visit the SLPRB website to get detailed information.

Meanwhile, the results for 154 posts of constable (for SPO's only) in the AISF Battalion under DGCD and CGHG in pursuance of the advertisement dated 13-12-2017 is kept on hold in view of the Gauhati High Court's order dated 09-03-2022 passed in WP(C) No. 1678/2022.

It was informed by Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta, the Director-General of Police (DGP) and the chairman of the State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB) via his official Twitter handle on May 12.
