PATHSALA: Panic gripped a group of students from Guwahati after a wild rhino charged at them during a safari inside Manas National Park, a UNESCO Heritage Site. The dramatic incident took place in the Bansbari forest range of the national park. According to sources, the students were on an educational tour and were enjoying a jeep safari when the sudden appearance of a rhino startled everyone. Forest guards and safari drivers quickly moved the vehicles away and saved the students from danger. All the students were safe. Manas National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is home to several endangered species, including the Indian rhinoceros.
