Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav: Cycle rally taken out at Samar Dalani

JAMUGURIHAT: A cycle rally was taken out on Tuesday by the NCC cadets of Dakhin Nagsankar High School as a part of the celebration of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav at Samar Dalani. A total of 50 NCC cadets along with other students of the school participated in the rally. The rally was flagged off by Parbati Sarma, GP president of Dakhin Nagsankar GP which was attended by Rishiraj Sarma, vice president of the school management committee, Ballav Chapagain, headmaster of the school along with other teachers and students. The rally was taken out to make people aware of Har Ghar Tiranga, a nationwide campaign undertaken by the central government. The rally was taken out from Dakhin Nagsankar High School and proceeded through Lakhangarh, Kenduguri, Batiaroka and Samar Dalani area covering approximately 7 kilometres.
