Biswanath district Maina Parijat formed

Biswanath Chariali: The general meeting of Biswanath District Maina Parijat was held recently in Chariali Higher Secondary and MP School with a day-long programme with Surya Borah in the chair. Child workers under four anchaliks of the district committee, namely Jamuguri, Chatiya, Biswanath Chariali and Behali, participated in the meeting. Kamal Bhagawati read out the secretarial report of his tenure in which he elaborated the activities carried out by the children’s body. A new body was formed in the meeting with Surya Borah as president, Kamal Bhagawati, Runu Bordoloi and Deepak Sharma as vice-presidents and Sangram Ratan Rajbanshi as general secretary.

Kamal Chandra Bhuyan, vice-president of All Assam Maina Parijat, was present in the meeting as a central observer. A good number of resolutions were also passed in the meeting for the benefit of the children of Biswanath district.
