The manifesto describes itself as a roadmap for a "self-sufficient and developed Dima Hasao," emphasising accountability, integrity, and a people-first approach to governance.
It highlights the broader national development narrative under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, citing progress in infrastructure, digital connectivity, and social welfare across the country.
The document also credits Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma for translating the national vision into concrete outcomes at the state level — particularly in road connectivity, healthcare, education, and law and order.
At the district level, the manifesto recognises the role of CEM Debolal Gorlosa in accelerating development initiatives in Dima Hasao.
Key achievements cited include improvements in rural infrastructure, livelihood generation, and the preservation of the region's socio-cultural heritage under the current administration.
Framed within the broader national goal of Viksit Bharat 2047, the BJP's Dima Hasao manifesto places particular emphasis on youth and women empowerment, sustainable development, and inclusive progress across all communities in the district.
