KOKRAJHAR: With the aim of augmenting BTR’s infrastructure, the CEM of BTC Pramod Boro on Sunday laid the foundation stones for construction of a gamut of projects in Baksa district.
The series of foundation stones include- Tamulpur- Goreswar road to Hagramari village under Mukhya Mantrir Unnoto Paki Path Nirman Achoni, 2023-24, Rangia- Bhutan road to Batabari (Barkhata) under Mukhya Mantrir Unnoto Paki Path Nirman Achoni, 2023-24, repair and renovation of the ground floor and construction of first floor of Bodoland Guest House, ICBP Road from NH 127 (D) under Dwarkuchi VCDC under SOPD, 2024-25 and inauguration of RCC Bridge at Boroliapar Bishnu Rabha Park at Patharpar.
Besides, Boro also laid the foundation stones of Tribal Rest House at Tamulpur and a slab culvert with approach road at Gerua. He said once completed, the projects will go a long way towards empowering the people of BTR. MLA Jolen Daimary official, MCLA Pabitra Boro and other dignitaries joined the programme.
