BTR chief Pramod Boro starts distribution of ‘Nijut Moina Asoni’ forms in Kokrajhar

KOKRAJHAR: In a step towards securing the bright future of the students, the Chief Executive Member (CEM) of BTR Pramod Boro on Wednesday started the distribution of application forms under ‘Nijut Moina Aasoni 2.0’ to the bright young girl students of BTR at Kokrajhar University’s MM Brahma auditorium.

In his speech, Boro said that over the past 4.5 years, the UPPL-led BTR Government had given special emphasis on promoting girls’ education in BTR. He said that the Nijut Moina Aasoni 2.0 initiative, led by Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma, would further strengthen their efforts to build an empowered and educated future for the daughters of BTR. The distribution programme was also attended by the Vice-Chancellor of Kokrajhar University, Prof Ganesh Chandra Wary, former-Principal of Kokrajhar Govt College Dr Dimasha Dwibrang Mashahary, and faculties of the Kokrajhar Govt College.
