 Dibrugarh: In a significant step towards strengthening higher education in Assam, Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma is scheduled to lay the foundation stones for several key development projects worth ₹147 crore at Dibrugarh University today.

These projects are aimed at transforming the university into a leading centre for multi-disciplinary education and advanced research. The initiative reflects the government’s commitment to building robust academic infrastructure and creating future-ready institutions in the state.
