Dance Instructor dies in road mishap in Udalguri

TANGLA: In a tragic road mishap, a local dance instructor, Hari Boro (29) died in a bike accident on Tuesday night. The youth met with a fatal accident in the Kendutola area under Kalaigaon PS in Udalguri.

According to sources, he was commuting on his Scooty bearing registration number AS-13 S 2274 from Kalaigaon to Tangla when he lost control of the vehicle and hit a roadside tree. The impact of the collision led to severe injury in his head. He was later rushed to Mangaldai Civil Hospital where he was declared brought dead. The dance instructor, who was the founding head of Crazy Dance Academy, was a popular face of the Udalguri district.

The sudden news of Hari’s demise has cast a pall of gloom in Tangla town. Various organizations, including Tangla Press Club, Tangla local units of All Bodo Students’ Union (ABSU) , All Assam Students’ Union(AASU) , All Rabha Students’ Union (ARSU), All Koch Rajbongshi Students’ Union (AKRSU) along with the Executive Members of Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC), Bonjar Daimari and Jagadish Sarkar have expressed profound grief and condoled his untimely demise.
