Deori Autonomous Council Poll: Candidates submit nomination papers in Sivasagar

DEMOW: The Deori Autonomous Council (DAC) election will be held on November 8 and the candidates of BJP, AGP, Congress, Raijor Dal submitted their nomination papers in the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Sivasagar district in the presence of their supporters on Wednesday.

The DAC poll will be held in 5 no. Tengapani Constituency, 6 no. Kotiyori Constituency and 7 no. Rajabari Constituency of Thowra constituency. Hiranjit Bireswar Deori, a candidate of BJP, will contest in 6 No Kotiyori Constituency, Basanta Deori of Congress will contest in 6 no. Kotiyori Constituency, Dharmeswar Deori of Raijor Dal will contest in 6 no. Kotiyori Constituency, Harigobinda Deori and Hunjit Deori will contest as Independent in 6 no Kotiyori Constituency.

In 5 no. Tengapani constituency, Bhaben Deori of AGP and Huneswar Deori of Congress will contest. In 7 no. Rajabari Constituency, Bhirab Deori of BJP filed his nomination papers at the office of the Deputy Commissioner in the presence of his supporters on Wednesday.
