Joint Excise Raid Conducted at Dekhiajan in Margherita Subdivision

TINSUKIA: A joint excise raid was conducted in the Margherita subdivision by the Margherita and Digboi Excise Circles in Dekhiajan Muluk Gaon, Dekhiajan Hal Gaon, Brahmajan Tiniali, Bordumsa Bazar, Mohong, and No. 2 Golai on Wednesday.

The entire operation was led by Satyam Priyam, Excise Inspector, Digboi and assisted by the Bordumsa Police team. About 600 litres of fermented wash, 50 litres of Illicit Distilled Liquor and 2 sets of distilled apparatus were seized and destroyed in the operations.
