Fine Collected for Covid Protocol Violation in Tinsukia

TINSUKIA: Tinsukia police have realized fines to the tune of Rs 5 lakh for violation of mask protocol from the period April 26 to June 6 and nearly Rs 80,000 for defiance of even-odd traffic regulations from May 18 onwards while Tinsukia traffic police alone recovered Rs 1,20,000 and Rs 50,000 during same period of time for not wearing mask and even-odd violation. Even after paying so much fine, people of Tinsukia are still in no mood to abide by COVID protocol.
